Rolling Pink Wins Trophy

The 2011 Rolling Pink has won the Trophy for Champion Rosé at the 2011 New Zealand International Wine Show.

This is an excellent achievement for a wine that follows on from the critical acclaim received for both the 2009 and 2010 vintages. The 2009 Rolling Pink won a double trophy including the same Trophy two years earlier at the 2009 New Zealand International Wine Show. The cool climate of the Central Ranges, NSW, enhance the bright berry characters and vibrant flavours in this wonderful Rosé; Shiraz with a touch of Merlot.
Rolling boast a full range of wines including: Sparkling Pinot Grigio Chardonnay, Chardonnay, Cabernet Merlot and Shiraz.

We also picked up five other superb gold medals for:

• Carchelo ‘C’ Monastrell Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
• Hunter’s Marlborough Riesling 2010
• Shingleback D Block Reserve McLaren Vale Shiraz 2009
• Shingleback The Gate Shiraz 2009
• Vavasour Awatere Valley Pinot Gris 2011
