C J Pask Declaration Chardonnay

C J Pask's Declaration ranges of wines are only produced in exceptional vintages and are harvested from selected vines within their own Gimblett Road blocks. Complex tertiary winemaking characters are intertwined with the intense flavours from the vineyard to create a range of truly distinctive wines which C J Pask have declared the very best.

This Chardonnay has strength and finesse. Rich, warm fruit flavours, are supported by fine new oak and creamy yeast flavours. Lemon fruit characters will integrate further, producing an elegant, well textured Chardonnay.
