C J Pask's Declaration ranges of wines are only produced in exceptional vintages and are harvested from selected vines within their own Gimblett Road blocks. Complex tertiary winemaking characters are intertwined with the intense flavours from the vineyard to create a range of truly distinctive wines which C J Pask have declared the very best. A concentrated Merlot, displaying meaty gamey flavours, combined with primary spice and plums, coffee and integrated oak. Rich, powerful and elegant.
