Climbing Cabernet Sauvignon
The name Climbing is an active reference to our high altitude vineyard and our continual quest for greater achievement.A complex mix of primary fruit, cool-climate herbaceousness and secondary characteristics from maturation in oak. The palate reveals fruit intensity backed by dusty oak, a touch of cigar box and dark chocolate. Fine, firm tannins give the wine structure and length.
