Condado de Haza wines are bottled after undergoing malolactic fermentation and stored for 15 months in American oak bottles. Although they can be enjoyed at once, they gain in depth and nuances with the passage of time. This wine is 100% Tempranillo. A supple and spicywine. Rounded with plum and chocolate richness offering near-term enjoyment. Will gain finesse with age.
