Wine
Delas is a serious, demanding wine house, which protects the taste of the terroir in each of its Côtes-du-Rhône appellations, thanks to its 175 years of experience in Hermitage.
It all began in Tournon-sur-Rhône, in 1835, when Charles Audibert and Philippe Delas acquired a wine merchant which they named Audibert et Delas and which, a generation later, became DELAS Frères.
The Maison's directors have always had the same obsession; to achieve the continuous production of high quality wines.
Today Delas operates a total of 30 hectares, 10 hectares at Hermitage, 2 hectares at Saint-Joseph and 18 hectares at Crozes-Hermitage. The Syrah, Marsanne and Roussanne vines planted on the steep granite slopes, are entirely tended by hand.
