Elderton Friends Cabernet Sauvignon
The Friends label has been developed to show off the greatness of the Eden Valley as a sub- region of the Barossa, with fruit being sourced from vineyards in the area. The Friends Cabernet shows distinct regional eucalyptus characters, which greatly lifts the aromatic profile and has a solid core of blackcurrant, liquorice and cassis. This wine, along with its Shiraz counterpart, punches well above its weight.
