Frescobaldi Danzante Chianti

Danzante is a collection of contemporary Italian wines intended for the enjoyment of “la dolce vita”. They express both passion and style which are essential to the Italian lifestyle. The name Danzante, Italian for dancing, captures what you will experience with these wines: a feeling of enjoyment, celebration and most of all, being in touch with your senses.

The Danzante Chianti appears a rich ruby red, with subtle purplish highlights. The nose initially reveals emphatic notes of wild red berryfruit, such as wild cherry and blueberry, which expand into a spacious background marked by pungent black pepper, semi–sweet chocolate, and black liquorice. The palate shows pleasing warmth and a smooth mouthfeel, its crisp fruit beautifully complemented by a suite of dense-packed, silky tannins. An almost endless finish provides the wine’s impressive conclusion.
