Goldwater Pinot Noir

Multi-layered with fine aromas and flavours of raspberries, black cherries and spice. It combines these lush, persistent flavours with soft, beautifully integrated tannins. In creating such a wine we hand pick the fruit and use traditional plunging techniques, during ferment, to extract colour and tannin. The wine is then aged in a mix of new and 1 year old French oak barriques for 9 months or more. Built around elegance and grace, Goldwater Pinot Noir aims to complement smoked, wood roasted or braised red meats and tomato based pasta dishes.
