Rolling Sparkling Pinot Grigio Chardonnay

Attractive elegant nose with aromas of apples and pears from the Pinot Grigio, with honeydew melon from the Chardonnay. Hints of cashew nut and cream come from the yeast maturation.

A delightful explosion of elegant sweet fruit with a rich creamy mousse. Flavours of apple, pear and honeydew melon, with cashew and cream, all combine to produce a complex rewarding palate. The palate finishes cleanly with lingering sweet fruit.
